Asteris is a new app for the pharmaceutical drug discovery sector. Sable&Hawkes brief was to name, create branding, position and deliver the graphic design support to launch it. The creative challenge was to do so when it had no proven track record in a saturated market, from scratch with a small budget in less than four weeks.
Three positioning routes were explored until we settled on one central idea: Freedom to Explore. From that core brand statement we designed a logo and graphic system distilled from three elements; the name and letter ‘A’, chemical compounds and the concept of linked ideas which was supported by a full visual identity toolkit, brand guidelines, corporate brochure, advertising, website and sales literature.
