3. Design the environment: In-house or commissioned artwork; graphics and information design; wayfinding; furniture and interior palettes; lighting; digital and interactive.
4. Prove & plan: Visualisations, technical artwork and production specifications.
5. Make & install: Print and production management, supplier coordination, site supervision and quality control through to handover.
